We stood in line (only people in line) for over 10 minutes. Two employees walked over to register but did not look at us or talk to us. One person stirred the tea on two occasions but did not help us. We decided to leave without ordering.Several employees were "working," but they were not helping us.

Absolutely the worst service ever!! How is it I had to wait 45 minutes in line to PICK UP 2 orders. Every person I saw through the window walked around like they had all the time in the world. not a single care In the world.even when I got to the window they started reading off a different order then after I corrected them, I still had to wait minutes for my order.

Horrible experience with online order pickup at drive thru the shake machine mixer supposedly was sparking and my husband and I only found out after taking huge sips from the Dr. pepper shake and sucking up pure bitter DP syrup. It ruined our appetite and the woman working couldn’t fix it since they said they mixed by hand but that wasn’t even true nor care to do anything the burger was also cold and the biscuits were dry. I love my DP shakes at WB but not in not so sure.
They were busy but acknowledged my presence and got to me quickly. Great service at the register, you can tell the employees are trained well. Food was good,fresh.
