It's good but every time I order curbside pickup there is an issue and I end up having to go into the store. I've tried 3 times and every single time I end up having to go into the store to ask where my food is and they almost always either forgot to make it completely or put the bag somewhere weird.

I visited this location last year & they completly messed up my to go order. So, I didnt go back until today. In the area, was hungry so I stopped in. I'm glad I did. The staff was soo much more curious than previous visit 1 year ago & my order was perfect. Wow! Whataburger has been 1 of my favorite choices in burger joints. So to stop in a place that I wasnt happy with b4, I can honestly say, they did a great job, food tasted great & I will b back. Ty
I got old wings and it made me vomit the whole meal which was also a cheeseburger. It's a shame cause Whataburger generally isn't bad, but this location was an embarrassment.

This location needs a change in management. Customers at the counter are consistently ignored. There was 6 employees ignoring multiple customers at the counter. I did get helped until the older lady came back to the counter with supplies for the counter. The older lady is always great at providing outstanding customer service. The rest of the crew gets a F- in the counter customer service. I have left and gone somewhere else because I was ignored at the counter for so long. Maybe a review of survalence tapes would be helpful at correct the poor customer service. Maybe have store management from the Carlisle store assist. The Carlisle store has great customer service.

My Life
Lots of employees but few actually working? Being born in this state, myself and my family have been going to Whataburger all our lives. That being said lots has changed!! I came here a few months ago and everything about that visit was just not worth the time and or money!! I went back today to see if anything has changed? I gotta say, it sure has!! It is the worst I have ever seen? The burger looked like it fell into a tub of mustard, it had 2- 1/2" pcs of lettuce, 7 pickles, there was more green chile on the wrapper it came in then on the burger? At the cost of things now days and how things are in out country at this time, I do not see this place staying in business!!
