I went to the winner snitzel on one to bow and the service was unbelievable.I've never had such a terrible encounter with a fast food place as this one was. I ended up having to go and have my order corrected.Still didn't get the right thing, but I just was over it and over them.They just didn't seem to know how to cook a hot dog or how to charge for one.It was very disappointing

Store opens @ 10am. Came threw the drive threw about 10:05. I waited about 4 minutes Noone answered the speaker. I called the store while sitting at the speaker I could see people inside and can clearly see me. Still Noone answered the speaker or phone. If you Open at 10AM be ready to start taking orders at 10! At least have someone put a damn headset on to apologize for opening late don't just stand there looking at the car in line!!LAST TIME I VOME TO THIS LOCATION

The food is very tasty. However I felt the fries should have been fried longer. I ordered the chili cheese fries. My Boyfriend ordered the chili dog and he had no complaints. We still continue to go back.

I like Wienerschnitzel. It's always been a favorite of mine. The service at the Juan Tabo location was very good and the restaurant was clean. I only gave the food 4 stars bc the chili is watered down, and I didn't get as much on my chili dog and burger as b4 covid.As a result, I probably won't visit as often.
Love their banana split ? and the hot dogs are delicious.

I walked in through the main entrance in August there were more than a hundred cockroaches (literally)there so I didn’t go in and I can’t even think about eating
