A place that specializes in wings...worst wings ever!!! How can you overcook them AND have rubbery, soggy skin? Nailed it. I will never go back, I had to spit out every bite I took. Nasty. Do yourself a favor and get perfectly cooked wings at Longhorn steakhouse.

This place is horrible! Their Manager Alex constantly harrasses his employees. I literally sat there eating and you can hear him talking about a list of employees he plans to try and drive out by forcing them to quit by making conditions unworkable. He is not fit to be a manager and I will be reporting him because this is a form of harassment.

Absolutely appalling experience at Wingstop. Not only were the wings I received tasting like dirty water, but when I brought this concern to the attention of the staff, they mocked me instead of addressing the issue professionally. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, they declined to provide that opportunity. Disappointing customer service and unacceptable food quality. Will not be returning and would caution others to steer clear.m

Terrible service wings tasted trash and they didn't issue refund. Had feathers too. Employees name is Isaiah and has piercings. Also refused to let us talk to manager. Was mocking what we were telling him said we should have got what our friends had gotten but it was the same thing. Taste like someone marinated it in rag water.

I've tried this location several times. The fries are always soggy and undercooked. This is criminal. Many people go to Wingstop just for the fries -- how can you manage to screw up so simple so *consistently*? The wings are mostly OK-ish, certainly not the best quality wingstop wings I've had (that honor goes to any of the Lubbock, TX locations) but they are edible... most of the time. The fries, though... I don't know what to say. 1/5.

Wow the management of this wing stop ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I have eaten tons of these wings and every single time I get an order, it's ALWAYS WRONG OR MISSING SOMETHING. For awhile, last few years in fact, I have always overlooked these "mistakes" because of COVID, front line workers, pay disparity, tips, all of that... but enough is enough. It adds up over time and I have probably lost out on hundreds of dollars because of these mistakes. Finally called these people and no apology, no offer to fix the mistake, I was hung up on. And when they answered again the manager told me to go f$&@ myself! Extremely disappointed with that store and everyone that works at that dump. I will NEVER give my money to Wing Stop again. HELLO BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!!!!

ordered bone in wings, they confirmed my order and still got it wrong. They forgot our fries as well. Went back to get my food and the manager refused to give me my food saying she needed to check the cameras and said they were too busy to check the cameras. With a lot of push back I finally got my fries and bone in wings but I've never seen worse customer service! Couldn't believe she thought I was lying about my food and straight up told me no. I had to say she's stealing if she doesn't give me my food. Absolutely crazy

Came in for dine-in two hours before closing and all the chairs were placed on the table for closing. We ordered our food and waited almost 40 minutes for food. It's pretty disheartening seeing other customers getting their orders fulfilled before ours and only getting your food after pressing the staff. Finally got our food, wrong sauces and lukewarm food. The place has families eating in their cars in front of the joint because of the unprofessional appearance by putting chairs on all their tables.

The employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! The manager Rylie is equally RUDE!! They messed up my entire order and wouldn't fix it. They told me "that was my problem" and hung up on me! Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO EITHER! THIS PLACE HAS GONE WAY TO FAR DOWNHILL! THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE AS WELL!

This place is a joke never understood how people choose this place over canes.I wouldn’t trust these people to make my food very disrespectful the employees. Overpriced food anyway
