Yo soy la dueña y cocinera y cada vez que visitas este restaurante tu comida se hace fresca nada de nuestros ingredientes son congelados o enlatados y las tortillas de harina hechas a mano. Nuestra experiencia es de 7 años en Artesia y 10 años en Roswell.
Stopped here to get a take out lunch so we could eat in a park with our dog. What a strange place. When you enter you really don't know what you have walked into....a store, an office, a junk place. Walking back you realize there is a restaurant and I was greeted and given a menu. I placed a take out order with a very nice server. She returned and said it would be 20 mintutes to get the meal. This restaurant is worth stopping at for breakfast lunch or dinner. Wonderful staff that take the time to cook a hearty meal. Need to be patient because the food is cooked fresh and delicious. Had the breakfast burritos and beans/ rice.
