I placed an online order which was so easy to do and they had great online deals. I arrived at Taco Bell and was greeted by a wonderful employee he had a great attitude when I got to the window he was still super friendly I got my order right away and it was so good and fresh. I had a wonderful experience and this has happened to me every time I go. I definitely received eating here ?
Food was absolutely delicious and warm! My nephew and I went yesterday for lunch and we were both so impressed with how warm and delicious the food was. We all know Taco Bell can be a hit or miss, but the food quality at this location has increased, and new manager is doing a wonderful job! Shout out to Brenda!

Staff is lazy and puts everything in one bag and hope you figure out, what's-what. You know you Have certain bags and boxes for combos right? Just shows it will never change here with the management. Poor attitude service.

Their food they made us was really good that day. We ordered their $5 meal boxes. It was plenty filling. The staff is usually friendly there. One issue that I have dealt with on more than one occasion, is when I go to pay with cash, they usually don't have enough change in the cash drawer to give back. And sometimes, I end up waiting at the counter longer than I should, to place my order. I don't like to complain, but I find it kind of aggravating.
A kid named Cruz gave the best service and got the order right the 1st time great job ? Taco ? Bell ? ?

I sure wish Socorro had a Taco Bell, but this one in Belen has to do! It's always busy and the people who go to the counter to order are last; Last behind online orders, drive thru window customers, Doordash pickups and there's still those who order inside BUT ON THEIR OWN machine! So, pick one of the aforementioned options and you're food will be ready fairly fast. I love Taco Bell , but service has gone to #&&$ here and many other places....
Waited in line for about 25 minutes to get my order taken at the drive through. Got home after driving 20 minutes and my order was wrong. Called and was told to drive all the way back for the right order next day or refund. Definitely double check your order before you leave if you waste you time waiting in line.

Food was cold and they didn't put some items on my order like jalapeños on my nacho fries they service was terrible they took forever and would ignore me when I asked for a cup at least 3 times before I got my cup and one employee was in the woman's restroom not letting anyone go into the restroom this was the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had

Order eggs, sausage and a hash brown. I MAY have gotten 1/2 of one egg, the sausage and hash brown was greasy, not worth what I paid.

Okay so I love Taco Bell. And I know sometimes they aren't the best. But my boyfriend and I have had it twice this week and both times the food had no garnishing and they didn't even cut my quesadilla. They didn't wrap the food correctly and the Gordian crunch was out of the wrapper. I just hope they get it together. I know jobs can be stressful but I know that it's your job to please check the food before sending it out. For future reference ♡
