We were in New Mexico from Flint Michigan for my cousins wedding..I wanted to bring authentic Tamales back to Michigan for me and my friends . I’m so glad we stopped here and tried theirs, some of the best pork tamales I’ve ever had, we brought back 5 dozen.. and we bought some pig skins and thy were the biggest I’ve ever seen. Love the atmosphere it was like old town Mexico a a nice small family owned restaurant.. wish we had one here
Rubys tortilleria is a great restaurant, the food there is amazing and well cooked and served. The people that work there are wonderful and nice people to talk to. My son and I came for lunch after working in the yard. We couldn’t have made a better choice!!! The nicest staff and nice atmosphere you can easily spend time in looking at the treats all around the lobby. The food was top notch! We had tacos, tortas, beans, rice, and Natillas that were home made and the best I’ve had in a long time. We will be back!
