True to their name! I got an asada burrito and it was packed with meat, rice, and beans. It tasted great by itself, but I had to try their salsas as well. Both the red and green salsas are flavorful. The green was mild and the red was hot (but not overpowering). I’ll definitely be stopping here again!
I ordered a veggie burrito and the woman that took my order was very friendly and communicated the options clearly! The flavor and serving portion was great ? highly recommend. I choose this food truck over 2 others in the area!Vegetarian options: Burrito was great!Kid-friendliness: A place to eat outside of parking area, this is set back from the highway as well. Large open area.

Really glad I pulled in today on a whim. Birria Tacos were delicious, served with plenty of consomme, fresh lime pieces, cilantro sauce and a nice red sauce, both nicely spicy - all served by a very pleasant person.
