Five stars across the board!!Came three nights in a row last week and came last night and the service and food were all consistent.There was a bit of a wait for one of our food items but the manager was so charming and helpful, she threw in an extra side of fries for our inconvenience and remade the drink that had become too watered down after the wait with no hesitation.Girl who took our order was very friendly and apologetic!

Terrible, avoid and spend your hard earned $ elsewhere. Josefino, the manager, lacks basic customer service skills and I’ve never been served a fresh meal at this location. Goes back to ownership.

the credit card at the parking bays did not work or inside, where I ended up having to pay cash. Ordered large cheese tots with 2 forks and salt please. received the order no forks or salt. Jose was given a $20 bill and disappeared for a couple minutes. when he came back he handed me the forks and salt then my change with the bills folded, that I did not count right away ( my mistake)Left to pick up the grandchildren from school and headed home in Veguita. At home I realized Jose only gave me $4.60 back from the $20. The phone number goes directly to a busy signal. So beware and count your change.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for popcorn chicken and cheese tots while the female worker visited with the truck in front of me. I get to the window and just sit waiting. It seemed like there was no one working. My food finally comes out and the tots are upside down in the container.

I placed an order at the stall told them i was there for a pickup order as well. Once my stall order came out i reminded the guy i had a pick up order also. He said it would be right out. I waited 40 minutes for my pick up order that was 6 drinks no food & i had to push the button again and once out i was still missing a drink i do have to say the girl that came out did apologize.

Ok I get it, it's Christmas day alot of people are there with little workers, but when I parked there ordered a #11 5pc small shake two RT 44 drinks and 4 chili cheese Frito burritos. Was there 20+ minutes didn't receive anything asked about it and was told they couldn't find the order and then was talked to in a rude tone by the incompetent kid that works there. At this point this location needs a whole new staff nothing but problems here the past few visits.

They didn't give us all our food and when we asked for it the guy said he gave it to us and not to talk to him like that and we were never disrespectful just said we didn't get our chicken strips and he said I'm sorry we gave them to u and we said u can look and he said oh no cause of covid we can't.. its 3 chicken strips and when we asked to talk to the manager he said he was the Manger and we asked for the DMs info and he closed the window on us and never came back to the window!! Never go here just go to the other 1 in los lunas bad service bad attitude!!

Oct 2023 it's gotten much worse stay away-Freezing burger cheese not melted total of 2 pickles for extra, totts under cooked, everything tastes like has it been additionally salted...Drink watered down not enough ice either? Seriously it took 25 minutes...no BBQ sauce w/popcorn-chicken no ketchup or mustard packets for the frys & food? Management needs to pull head out and get a professional Cook in here ASAP, and someone who can make drinks the old school way- actually with flavor ?Parking: Fit large truck in the stall, next door we parked an RV at the dollar store where we grabbed supplies...good power washing just down the street too and an awesome butcher right across the street to boot...nice easy place to stop heading North to go camping in Colorado.

We waited over 30 minutes to get our order. Only one employee delivering meals to cars. She came up to our car 4 times and it was not our order. Not her fault cause more help is needed. When ordering, I had to repeat.y order 4 times.
