Make sure you bring an appetite. Best chicharrones around hands down.
Still working in the area and Southwest Grill was on our list to visit. Showed up around 1pm and there was still plenty of customers in front of us and more coming in. 50/50 pick up and dine in. While we were waiting in line I spoke to a regular of the restaurant and got a few recommendations from him. To be honest a good portion of customers were getting a variation of the Chicharrón. So I grab the burrito and added red chile and potatoes. It had a great taste and next time I will add the beans with it. The red chile had good flavor amd a positive spice level. They sell beef jerky there also but they were completely sold out. Must be pretty good. Will look for it again since we drive by it daily. The restaurant was clean and homey. The service was great and glad I had cash. Their Point of Sale doesn't give you an option for a tip just a jar in from of it. All in all very satisfied and will be stopping back in.
