Giving 5 stars for service. The poor girl was working by herself during busy rush hour. She kept a smiling face and apologized continually for taking more time than usual. Management needs to be fired for their lack of coverage and making one person cover the whole place.

I have noticed the previous reviews were from five years ago. Now I don't know if the owner changed or anything but when I went last week the service was phenomenal and they asked me every time I asked for a topping is this enough or would you like more. The store is well kept up and super clean which is always a plus when going to a fast food restaurant. The quality of the meats were fresh me and my family each ordered a sandwich five in total and no one complain from the children or the wife. I like how the bread at this subway was fresh I mean warm out the oven and smelt so heavenly.

Havent been to the Bosque Farms store in a couple of years because of prior managment and how the condition of the store was. The new manager has got this place spotless with the freshest of ingredients and a great personality. Glad to be back eating at this location again. To the owners recognize what you have and keep it!! Also nice remodel.

What a change this store has made under the new manager, kudos to her! Also I went in last night to eat and the male employee working by himself was very focused and got all the rush of customers orders done on point. Place was clean and food was very fresh.

This must be the worse subway store in America. I arrived at 11:59 today and found the door locked. As I was leaving, a man came from around the corner and informed me they would be open in 15 to 20 minutes as the employee that was supposed to open did not show up. I informed him I would go somewhere else and his response was fine. This location can't seem to get things right, from no bread to no veggies. The corporation should reevaluate this franchises contract.
I don’t understand how people are going to get so upset about online orders. Should’ve gone somewhere else or walked in like a regular person? Then complain about workers, WHO ARE WORKING. Especially when they’re making your food right in front of you, THROUGH A CLEAR GLASS. It’s not like they’re messing around in the back. They are right in front of you making sandwiches. If you think you could’ve done it faster, apply to see if you do a better job, or go to the store and get sandwich items and make it at home. Easy as that. Don’t gotta trash people trying to make a living.
