I have eaten a a lot of Blake's restaurants. This one by far was unacceptable! Dirty, food was undercooked , overall not wort re visiting. Corporate in Albuquerque needs to shape this one up!

Got the double burger with the Hatch chilis and it was good. But the hatch chilies on my Wendy's burger were better (though the patty on the lottaburger was definitely better).

This is by far the worst Blakes we’ve ever been to!! We grew up in NM eating Blakes as a treat!! When this Carlsbad NM store opened we were so excited, however, in the past several years it has never failed to disappoint!!! Today, April 5, 2024 at 2:00PM was the absolute worst!! We waited about 15 mins before the “manager” came up from the back to take our order. We were 2nd in line. There were 2 cooks on the grill, one on the deep fryer, an attendant at the drive through one cleaning the opposite grill from which they were using and one more filling up the condiments! The manager was dismissive and hurried us through our order. We sat down and as I looked at the receipt I noticed that they had added green chile to my order instead of bacon. When I went back up to the counter, again, I was ignored!! The “manager” was at the back, again! The cook wouldn’t say anything but made eye contact… I said my order was incorrect and he said I can’t help you I’m not a cashier!!! Someone will be up to help you in a minute. So, about 5 mins later I told him what the problem was and I was just trying to keep him from having to remake my order. Again, he ignored me! The “manager” finally came up and asked what I needed. I showed him my receipt and told him about the mix up, he turned to the cook and told him to just put some bacon on the burger!! I told him I didn’t want green chile…so they said oh I guess we have to remake it!!! No Kidding!! That’s what I tried to tell them!! So, again I waited for them to restart my order When I got it it was missing the onion rings for both burgers and the New Mexico burger didn’t have green chile it had bacon, instead!! The buns were cold and stiff and we got only 1 order of onion rings so I had to wait for the 2nd order!! Really??? It was shift change and they were all ready to just get out of there!! No regard to customer service!!’ We will definitely NEVER enter this establishment again and we will be sure to tell everyone we know NOT TO!

The manager does not know what's going on . Staff poorly trained. I was charged twice, saying my business card was declined. So I paid with my personal card, but come to find out both both cards charged. I paid for everyone's food as did the company I work for so we paid twice! Manager, no help here when asked they say come back tomorrow when it goes through shows not pending. But I want my money that I used that did go through, only used because you said the first card used did not go through? Wow, now I am out of the money! I won't be back in Carlsbad or NM for some time. Better go with Burger King or a local food joint. Called Corp, just got an answering machine.I was warned about this place. Now I am warning you learn from my mistake.This place doesn't deserve a star!

The food is nowhere close to being what Lotabuger used to be. The wrappers on your burger are super greasy on the outside. They are very cheap with the veggies. They always forget something. The people at the drive thru are old and grouchy or young punks that are disrespectful.
