I love this place. I come here every day, multiple times a day. The place is always clean and the faces are always welcoming! I want to give a huge shout out to Elton for always being so kind and helpful to my children, and to Alicia during the day for always being kind and having a smile!

Great Tea Everytime and the people that work there are generally in a good mood. I go there on the daily and their points system is awesome. I quite enjoy just a nice simple Sweet Tea, nothing fancy. My family love to dive into the flavors and so I sample at times and even the flavored teas are pretty good. Definitely recommend this place if all you are looking for is some tea or water or accessories for tea or water, like a 40oz. coozie (you can see, mine is well used) to keep your drink cold. Only other place in town with comparable sweet tea is McAlister's but they don't have added flavors nor a huge cup. So definitely head on over there, they don't disappoint.

Great tea variety! My wife loved all the different choices! I also bought coffee beans and I mentioned I did not have a coffee grinder so and they ground it up for me. Great customer service, employees are very friendly and I will make sure to stop in every time I visit Carlsbad!

The drinks are amazing, I love the environment. I really like the country feel.However, It seems like they have a lot of high school students things don't seem to be clean or fresh and the girls hair is always hanging in the tea I even pulled out a couple of strands out of my cup before. I ask them if they can pull their hair back but they keep moving like I never said anything.
