The staff is very friendly.Ordering in the app makes it so easy and fast, no waiting in line. Just pull up in the stall and check in. Your delicious food is out to you in less than 4 minutes. Drinks too!

Food is always good. Service can be slow when they are short staffed. Disappointing when I can’t order on the app.
I cannot believe that they do not offer the stalls. This takes away the ability to do order ahead. And makes it take so long to just get a drink which is all I really go to Sonic for. I’m just passing through from locations that do not do this and I do not see how this is good for business at all.

We just got drinks since it was happy hour. Slow moving line, a lot of waiting. The building is looking bare, I don't know if they are redecorating or what, but all the sign around the building have been taken down. They had an ad for hiring up but say they are only paying 12 an hour now, so they are no longer paying their employees well. Seems like the business is really going down.

If you’re lucky enough to have 3 cars in line you are guaranteed to wait 20+ mins. Most hours of the day or night the wait in line is at least 30.

If it was possible to leave less than one star I would. Terrible customer service, very rude employees, no available stalls, no mobile order options available, and the line stays wrapped around to Pierce street. It's a couple restaurants in Carlsbad that take pride in their service and quality of product but this IS NOT one of those places..
