The one at south end of Carlsbad SUCKS! There is nothing fast about ordering on line, leaving home,and standing in store for good 20 minutes and finally accepting a refund! They gave us the food anyway but it wasn't right! I was mad and got a bit loud! I order on line for the sole purpose of NOT standing in line, I'm disabled. I understand it's not all the workers fault, management won't hire enough help. But when someone is telling you they have massive orders and some are just casually walking around, something is WRONG! Also chips tasted terrible! I rarely give this bad of a review! I'm old, Taco Bell had some of the best food when I was in college in the 1970s! Not so much preservatives or something effected the flavor seriously! The beefy tostada was the best on the menu! We were there at least twice a day! Fresh veg for one, not this sanitized presoaked stuff,you can literally taste it in the food!

Ah, Taco Bell. By no means healthy, but consistent, and unlike all the other fast food places, hadn't jacked its prices sky high! Yep people can eat for under $20, which is a marvel these days.

Not as good as I wanted it to be, tortillas were awful and the refried beans were bad too! Don't know what the deal is but not the Taco bell food I was hoping for! Sorry guys but you definitely need to improve your traditional taco bell flavor! Also the potato dish was so small you could have used a toothpick to eat it! It was that small of a portion, came in a sause container lol

Normally Taco Bell is fine but today I ordered a Quesadilla and asked for mild sauce. They completely left out the sauce and even made the quesadilla without its usual creamy jalapeno sauce. I had to eat the stupid thing dry. When I go to Taco Bell my main thing I like is there sauce and they can't even get that right. I also felt extremely rushed even though there was only one car behind me.Don't recommend!

Awesome service! We ordered off the diy computer and completely messed up our own order because the computer had options we didn’t know existed. But thanks to Jasmine our order was remade the way we wanted and they insisted on not charging for it! This may be just fast food but the customer service was impeccable!

I usually never have any problems sometimes due to short staffing it may take a little bit longer but the dinner crew is usually very on top of making sure orders are correct and they are always respectful. I also love the taco bell app I have some picky eaters and it makes the custom orders easy.
Restaurant was very clean. Time to get our order was reasonable. We will go again.

Visiting from California we were not aware of the lack of restaurants being open late. It was basically Taco Bell or Macdonalds... reading the reviews it sounded bad, don't understand why. Our drive thru experience was good. We received good service and our food was ok, typical Taco Bell. The only negative was they forgot to give us the hot sauce :(Ok byeeee
