I hadn't eaten at Taco Bell in quite a while went through the drive-thru got two beef supreme burritos meals they were so sloppily made that you couldn't even pick them up it was like just liquid wasn't a very good burrito for the price paid the tacos were good and crunchy and well made, I ordered a steak quesadilla and they had the same filling that the burrito came with and my wife said the Mexican pizza didn't taste anything like she remembered and threw it out, stop cheapening your food quality , quality above All Else or we just won't eat there anymore.

I am new to town and a former shift leader & store manager at several Taco Bell‘s.I have ordered four times from this location and every time I do something is wrong- usually, it’s the fact that no matter when I come through I get cold, stale, old Chalupa‘s! 4 times at various times of day! Upon speaking with a shift leader today I was told they were timing things out correctly and I told him Chalupas don’t get that old and stale, cold & dry in 20 minutes?The managers & shift leaders at this location are severely lacking leadership qualities & are making transparently bad excuses for their ineptitude instead of fixing the issue & doing the job It’s not that hard.Food times out for a reason quit serving old food!

I mean, it's Taco bell. You know why you're eating here. Uses the online order feature to speed things up. Order was ready shortly after getting there. The app asks how many sauces you want and even though I selected a few of different spice level I recieved 0 sauces. Should have checked but didn't. Place looked clean food was prepared correctly. Throw in some sauces though!

If I could give this place half a star, I would. The Nacho fries were so old they were hard just because they're warm does not mean they are good. The Mexican pizza had basically no beef or Mexican pizza sauce. And the taco had gross old lettuce!! Cmon Carlsbad
$18.67 for a drink, 2 chicken chalupas and a small nacho fry. Then I get charged and told they have only beef with no refund. Slow service as well. Literally feel like I was robbed. Will never be back.

On a Thursday at lunch time(11:57) we ordered food for three adults and two children. After ordering we waited 20 mins and were told our order would be out soon. We waited another 10 mins and they couldn't find our order. Incompetent.
