I was visiting and we needed good breakfast burritos. We ordered to go and were happy with the fresh cooked ingredients, seasoning and size of the breakfast burritos. It operates out of an old converted gas station. Plenty of parking and easy to get to if on the South side of Carlsbad. The staff was bilingual and friendly. Get the red and green salsa! If back in the area we would try other menu items.
Tasty Mexican spot with classic plates. Came here after visiting the Carlsbad Caverns and we had a delicious meal. I opted for the camarones a la plancha while my friend got the adobo pork plate. The shrimp was grilled to perfection and went well with the sautéed onions and green bell peppers. There was a small side salad with avocado slices on the side with the rice and beans. The food was fabulous. I had a taco salad and hubby had the mixed fajitas. Both were seasoned well, great flavor, and more than we could both eat. Service was exceptional. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to eat there again.
