Went at 4pm and the place was pretty empty so figured we would get seated eat and be out fairly quickly we got seated was handed our waters and sat there for 30 minutes waiting for somebody to come and take our orders all the employees were just standing around talking by the bar we finally got up left and went to red lobster where the service was amazing.

It has been a hot minute since I’ve been to an Applebee’s and would always say no because I wasn’t impressed the last time I went. That being said I am so glad we went. The service was astounding. Super kind,friendly people. Attentive to our needs and watching our glasses to keep them full. The food was delicious and filling. Didn’t have to wait long for it either. I’ve seriously never been so impressed by an Applebee’s. Normally I’d top it with a blondie dessert but I was stuffed.

100% trash. Super understaffed. Food Mid. Service mid. The manager sat at the bar the entire time while her waitresses busted their behinds. We had to literally call out for a waitress, while they all gossiped amongst each other at the bar. The restaurant manager would occasionally get out of her seat to chat with people at the bar.1st and LAST time I'll ever come here.

Was heaitant on going inside. But Sierra(bartender) definitely made the experience worthwhile! She managed to have a conversation and still tend to her customers. I enjoyed the products, but I enjoyed the customer service as much if not more. Thumbs up to
