With all due respect, when cooking burgers, add a little worcestershire or A-1... those are poor quality frozen patties... they need flavor !!

Must go back, as traveling back to California, and I was looking for hamburger restaurant. This place help,and satisfied my craving for a hamburger.The women who work here, and very nice, welcoming. They make you feel welcome, as if your right at home.

Manager was rude. We got the family meal which was 35.99 and got charged 45.00 dollars. We tried to tell the manager but she said she gave us a discount which was not true. People check what you are being charged you might be paying more than your suppose to. Asked for Leroys or Josh's number called it and no reply.

I haven't had bills jumbo burger in a while and decided to have it for lunch today. I order a burrito, a drink, and a small onion rings. They forgot my onion rings. I call to let them know what they forgot and I get put on hold. The call for some reason ends so I call again and I get put on hold again. This is not very professional and they need to double check every order before giving it to their customers.

We got two burgers, chili cheese fries, and a corn dog. The chili cheese fries were great, 9/10. The corn dog was also delicious, 9/10. The burgers were really good, it was a pleasant surprise. They are comparable to whataburger. 7/10, just because it wasnt the BEST burger but it was good overall. Fair price. Very nice employees. The atmosphere is heavily outdated.

I give up on trying to find a good burger in this town. I had high hopes for this place. There’s nothing “jumbo” about the burgers really. Remember those burgers you’d get for lunch in your highschool caf? That’s what you’ll get here pretty much. I had thirty minutes for lunch and they took 20 minutes to get me my food, which was just a burger and fries. Definitely not worth SIXTEEN dollars.
I just payed 17 dollars for frozen patties, half a slice of cheese, and mid fries. Go to McDonald's save your money. 17 dollars.... That's crazy, and it's not even

I used to buy thr mega meat burritos years ago but recently when I went to buy me a mega meat burrito it was so small I was ashamed of bills jumbo burger for selling me something like that. Plus when I asked for 4 mild sauces an the lady didn't give me any. I feel disrespected I don't plan on eating hear again.
