Food is good but service…. Not so good.there’s one waitress who is an angel and always makes you feel welcomed, but there’s another one who is always in “I’m here cause I need to eat” attitude.also their switch from printed menus to digital??? Who in corporate thought that would be a good idea?!! Just dumb. And some waitresses will tell you, they don’t have printed menus, when in reality they DO!!! And they can take your payment like the old days… again some waitresses will tell you that it must be done thru the app….Now the carding thing… I get it. Let’s card everyone…. BUT USE YOUR COMMON SENSE, If a 60 year old comes in and orders a beer, if all the table shows ID except that one senior citizen, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT…. And if you must because you have supervisor up down your throat, then l learn how to tell costumers why….. but don’t go off like “my job is more important than your opinion mode”””” cause it’s sooo freaking easy to just say “yeah I know it sucks, but we have had waiters fired because of this, so now we just don’t risk it” or something like that…..But there is nothing worse than a waitress with an attitude…. You don’t like dealing With costumers :GET ANOTHER FREAKING JOB….This is the first location I’ve had issues with, again the whole town has attitude issues, hey it’s New Mexico,…. It’s not Cali!!

Have visited this location several times and everytime I question why I give them another chance. Horrible ran establishment with zero customer service skills. Wait times are insanely long and by the time you get your food, it's mediocre at best. Management seems nonexistent and servers seem very disgruntled and short staffed.

Ordered a salad on the app and requested items be removed. Second time I've ordered the same thing and the cooks can't or won't follow requests and gave me tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles l, neither of which I like, and the "sauce" and dressing on it is laughable and they shouldn't have bothered. Check your orders before leaving to ensure you get what you want

I’ll start by saying I had written Buffalo Wild Wings off because every one I’ve been to in the last couple years ever since Covid, has been awful. This restaurant had excellent food and service the night we went. The wings were cooked perfectly.

The food is good they just never put enough sauce. The whole point of wings is that there’s sauce or dry rub on them, this location is always stingy with it. The beer always tastes like Buffalo sauce, probably washing the dishes in the same water. What caused me to leave this review today is that I ordered the 30 piece wing to go with sauce on the side and a salt and vinegar seasoning, they gave me 3 cups of the sauces I asked for, and didn’t give me my seasoning, they didn’t ring it up either so it’s whatever but just not very cash money for 1 small sauce cup per 10 wings. Once or twice okay, it’s the same issue every time the last 5 years

Takeout order was incorrect missing food everything else. Called back to have this issue resolved nothing became of it. Girl on the phone was like too bad. Wings were nasty. Couldn’t even finish.

Wings were cold and brought to the table cold before my husband even received his salad with tenders. Once the salad arrived it was wrong!The manager came by the table and told us that this is a sports bar, food is delivered when it's hot. When she was informed the wings were cold when delivered she just smirked and walked away. Never saw her again.Waitress was an excellent server considering the food problem and a manager that needs to address customers problems.
