I have frequented this location many times in the past and have been satisfied. literally just left this location getting a bowl and chips and guacamole and the rice is hard and unedible. There were only 2 male workers in the entire place to serve customers. The rice is literally hard, dry, and crunchy and has ruined my entire bowl. Please train the workers on how to properly cook rice. Smh

The servings have gotten a lot smaller since I have been ordering a few years back now a $10 bowl doesn’t even fill me up anymore. But the food is good though. I will just 2 bowls instead of one
Waited in line to find out you had no crispy taco shells. But when I saw the softita container, I wasn't sure if I even wanted them. The softita looked like it had been there for many hours. It was crusty on the edges, dry and almost black. This is the main reason I get food from your restaurant!!

Burritos aren't built right and hard to eat, very pricey, not a clean table in the restaurant, only us and 2 others in there. Staff was on their phones when they should be wiping down tables n floors. I do not recommend this establishment.

I had an exceptional experience at Chipotle thanks to General Manager Nana and her efficient team. Nana's kindness and quick service stood out, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was respectful, and the spotless store added to the positive ambiance. The consistently top-notch food made my visit truly enjoyable. Five stars without a doubt!
Went in at 4:30 today 1-20-24 the customer service from two little boys was absolutely horrible…No chicken, no beans, two other containers that was empty that I didn’t even know what it was, but it didn’t matter - I asked if we can wait for chicken they said no lol, so we decided to get steak they literally gave my wife and I about 7 beans, no joke it’s was pretty enlightening.Truly the best part of this entire experience there, was some young man “ NOT A WORKER “ opened the door for us…I will be notifying the manager on Monday Morning to get this resolved !! Absolutely horrible and at dinner time for a lot of people -After our nearly 10 minutes getting ignored and another 10 to let me know I can’t wait on chicken and another 5 minutes getting what we were allowed to order lol we got two damn burritos that sucked !! But we were hungry, and thought it was going to be quick and easy, so it should’ve been but we were wrong…….

Trying to place my order and explain my order to the attendant and the manager interrupted and made a terrible impression and made her workers look either untrained or she was feeling her authority a bit too much. I love Chipotle but when you have limited time to eat at lunch break and encounter people creating issues where there were none is disparaging. Go somewhere else in Clovis.
