When I showed up to get my food they were putting food on the floor, yes in bags but that's disgusting.. my food was wrong and cold and dry and I got dirty looks when I said something about the food on the floor. I will be contacting the health department.

We started with an order of fried pickles and for our entrees, we all a chicken fried steak with varying sides. The service was a little slow, but not bad. We all enjoyed our meals. So we decided to get Cotton Patch delivered for dinner tonight, we will definitely be throwing this away and going elsewhere. My meal came to me looking like an employees leftovers from their lunch break, we paid for 8 dinner rolls and only got 5, we paid for 2 bowls of soup and only got half a bowl. Absolutely disgraceful. Borderline robbery. I have had nothing but good experiences with this restaurant, but this one was so bad I don't think I'll be going back.

The food was much smaller portions for the full size chicken fried steaks than I've ever seen served here, but it was delicious like always! The service was sub-par at best when we went to pick up our online order, and we took it home so didn't have to deal with too many people or a loud environment.
I ordered chicken Alfredo and it came out over macaroni the macaroni was so thick it absorbed what little sauce there was I've never had chicken Alfredo served with macaroni it was Grose I didn't eat

Not a very good experience. This restaurant used to be pretty good. Really upsets me to pay good money for terrible food. We was in there Sunday they didn't have any catfish the shrimp they served was overcooked along with my bacon cheeseburger. Then to top it off they served the food cold. Definitely will not be back. You can actually get better food at Denny's. Definitely left there not happy.

We made an order from Cotton Patch. The order was horrible. It was a basic order. No substitute no add on. Then they didn't deliver the cake we order.I called Cotton Patch, I wanted my money from the whole order. No one wanted to eat this food. Cotton Patch told us to come pickup the cake they forgot.I called the next day and I told them we wanted a refund. I have all of the food still in the containers in the fridge.Manager called back and said it wasn't in the computer. Then I gave him order number. He told me I had to contact instant cart...tell them I didn't my food and they would refund me.I am so mad! There was no way I was to do this. I would eat the cost and the food before I make someone's life miserable
