Went thru drive thru was parked for a 10 piece meal and quarter pounder. Food was cold bread on burger was hard. And french fries were old. McDonald's has really got worse its honeatky not worth it.

Me and my boyfriend are traveling through New Mexico from Az. We clearly said “hot and spicy McChicken” and they gave me a regular McChicken. Gave us no napkins, we didn’t ask but normally one would expect they get a handful of napkins. AND had to repeatedly ask for the sauces we wanted. Whoever is on “sandwich making” did not pay attention.

Arrived to a full loaded lobby of kids and placed order on kiosk. The staff handled not only the large group of individual orders from the kids, but the door dash, online order, drive thru, and my personal order. The best part, not 1 item was wrong or missing. Definitely a great crew at this store.

So, for the second time in a row, there was a guy that they had taking payment in the window-He’s clearly a new guy because I go to this location at least three times out of a week on my way to work; Guy tells me my order did not go through; not a problem, I pull out cash pay for my order move on about my merry Way. When I get to work, I check my credit card balance only to find out that the order did go through-But again, not a big problem it’s only 8 to 9 dollars so not a big deal, right? well, that was the first time, Today I go back The same guy they’re taking payment. I give them my card and I wait to make sure that the order has gone through. After he returns my card and tells me thank you I proceed to the next window, the pick up window. And upon waiting for my order, they come and tell me that the guy told them my payment did not go through back there : Completely puzzled, I simply pull out another debit card from another checking account pay for the order and continue on my way to work. I get here to work only to find out the order did in fact go through on the last card, And now I’ve been charged again on another card. Again, we’re only talking eight to $10 so not a big deal, but this time I’m gonna call management and bring it to their attention. I get on the phone with the manager and she is absolutely no help! But rather refers me to the head office and tells me that they can help me out there at that number. All I wanted to do was bring this pure incompetence That I was having With the attendant to their attention-But clearly, this place does not value my business, so I will not be returning at all! Come on Snowburger Family, You really gotta do better with who you have managing your locations.I’m really not a complicated individual, and in fact, did not even want to refund and did not pursue a refund-I simply wanted to bring this error to the Restaurant’s attention- And your Team managed to even make that complicated- SMH!

At the Drive thru, the lady at the pick up window with her back toward customer chatting away , finally turns and tell me to wait for the order at "drive-thru" #1. I waited at least 10 minutes so finally I drove back and there she was, again with her back against the pick up window. After almost a minute talking she turns. I told her where's my order, she turns to the crew and gave me the order. I asked why the delay, she replied "is not my problem, that was somebody else". This is unsatisfactory service and I left with a very bad impression with this restaurant.
