You have 1 guy who is supposed to set examples for rest of crew on how to keep his composer and yet he is a team lead my order was sitting there for awhile and fries were cold asked for another got pissed shoved them in trash and still gave me old cold fries ..Honestly, knaw I understand why people post nasty comments and nasty remarks if it's because of this rotten apple he needs to go..I threw my food away and went to the 1 on 14th..Better customer service they are not rude and they really take care of their customers with pride..So,everyone wants good service stay on 14 th or hwy 60 because the 1 on Prince St...Literally has bad service ...Very disappointed ? with this joint it's as bad as BB joint..

Almost always too much catsup on the quarter pounder with cheese.Parking: Always seems to be fairly crowded in the parking lot even if there aren't very many people there. I think there are too many spots designated for pick up and other things. Combine that with not very many spots in general and you have a parking problem.
A quick warning don't ever make a mistake on your order if you order through the McDonald's app because you will have to jump through 500 hoops to try to get a refund and still probably won't get it in the end!! They really need a better system.. if you make a mistake you shouldn't have to call all these numbers and write all these emails it's ridiculous! Just give me my $10 back or put it on a gift card it's not that hard....come on McDonald's do better with that app.
