I usually love this place, but tonight the host was extremely rude. I understand it was busy and we didn't mind waiting 20 minutes, however people kept cutting us and would get sat first. We mentioned this to the host and she just completely was rude and wouldn't even look at us when we tried talking to her. Enough that we left and will prob avoid for now on. How disappointing.

Advertised open on Christmas and turned us away at 4:45 pm saying they were "short handed" and choosing not to serve anyone else today. Supposed to be open until 6:00. We made plans based on their advertisement, now left in the cold with no Christmas dinner for my small three person family. Person was rude and unapologetic. We will never eat there again.

Was not even close to being busy when we came in for dinner, waited over 30 min for our soda, never got any refills while we waited. Over an hour for some bread, which I had to hunt down someone. 1:30 for our food. A table next to us waited 2 hours for their food. When we got our food all the past was ice cold, my wife never got her order. We finished by the time she got hers, my father-in-law walked out because of his cold food and the wait. Only time we saw our waiter was when he was taking orders at his new table. Manager just said sorry and did not explanation. Never saw our waiter again. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence here, or an off day. We drove 2 hours for their unlimited shrimp deal.

I love that the all you can eat shrimp is available every day now, and they've increased the first plate options to 3 shrimp choices rather than 2 and 2 sides rather than 1. I only wish that, on refills, you could order more of the sides as well because their broccoli is AMAZING!With the grilled shrimp, you do continue to get the rice as well, but I prefer the rice they used to have. I believe it had quinoa in it as well, but you didn't get more with the extra orders, only the shrimp.

Although it was "ALL you can eat shrimp" we chose to have crab legs & they were delicious. It's our favorite & our Red Lobster at home (College Station) closed during Covid lock down & never reopened, we were craving crab & we were not disappointed. It would be nice if we didn't have to wait for vacation to have seafood.
My husband and I came to Red Lobster, and the first thing we noticed was that there was no hostess. So basically, we just stood there waiting for someone to notice us. We were seated right away since being noticed as the place was empty on a Saturday night. Maybe that should have been a sign..... We ordered our drinks and apps, and everything came as normal and was fine. But we were never given any straws. Waited 20 mins for the waitress to come back around to ask for straws, but she never did, so I had to ask another waitress passing by. Our meal arrived, and my husband's meal was all messed up. A chunk of his lobster tail was missing, 2 of his sides never came, 1 order of shrimp Alfredo that he didn't order, and his steak was severely undercooked. Where's my waitress??? Good question who knows. Had to ask the manager that was passing by to please fix the issues. He's said, " What would you like me to do?" Yeah, he actually said that. Ultimately, he ended up comping our whole meal. By the end of the meal, all I wanted was a to go box and again had to ask another waitress for it bc my waitress still never came back. The customer service here is severely lacking.Lobster way over cooked and a chunk missingSteak severely undercookedCheddar bay biscuit very very dryShrimp Alfredo very bland and barely and Alfredo sauce on it.For the prices you charge Red Lobster, this place is a disgrace.
