If I could give less stars I would. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and onions with cheese tots as the side. Then they told me they can't add cheese to tots anymore. So I checked the menu and decided on chili cheese tots. And they said they can't do that either even though it's clearly on the menu. Then when I got to the window I asked why they can't put cheese on them anymore and no one had an answer at all. So I asked how long they've had this rule and no one could answer that one either. So I asked is it all Sonic stores or just this one and once again they had no answer. So I got my food and left. Only to find out my burger was made with only mustard lettuce and tomato. Not even close to what I ordered. Mistakes happen and I understand that. So I went back and explained the situation. Then the manager came over and asked how my burger was supposed to be cooked. So now I've explained it three times and I get the replacement burger and it doesn't even have bacon on it. When I explained it to the lady she seemed just as confused as the first time. And I had to explain it to someone else once again. This is just ridiculous. No one in there had a hairnet or gloves on either. Something I noticed at the last minute. But I guarantee I will never go back to that place.

Can't get my order correct 3x in a row.I know they could be new, because they weren't slow.They wouldn't let me put ANYTHING on the tots. I even ordered off the posted menu of cheese tots.With zero explanation of why.I will pass on this location and Sonic in general if this is the standard.

Service was good. But the food made me sick. I spent half my night throwing up with diarrhea. I Never will eat sonic in life again. Ever.
This place needs up keep on their products and their order stations. This location didn't have the current advertised shakes that other locations currently have stating that they no longer carried the item when it is something that has barely been out as advertised. The staff was rude when bringing out our items and the over all atmosphere was not one that would scream yeah I would come back to this location.
