Our Clovis store isn't at all what I expect from the Starbucks experience. It isn't necessarily a staff issue, but more that they are just too busy to provide the level of service people expect from Starbucks Corporation. Clovis needs a second stand-alone location. My coffee is always good, but they are out of items really often, and the wait is always long.
I've been going for about a couple weeks straight. One thing that i've noticed is that this starbucks takes forever. I usually go through the drive through and it takes about 30 minutes just to get me one simple drink. Recently i went inside to see if it would be faster, and it barley was. I think there was either 2 or 3 people that were working at the time, and i've gotta give it to them, the line was all the way to the road, it seemed like they were working extremely hard. Always out of ingredients, sometimes their credit card machines just don’t work for days at a time. Service is generally pretty slow. When they have what you want they usually make it pretty well though
