The pho was delicious with bean sprouts and the juice from the lemon wedges that they provide. We were greeting as soon as we entered and allowed to sit where ever we wanted. I love all of the paintings and just the general atmosphere here with all of the status.

chicken fried rice with pineapple is my go to, & the cream cheese won tons ? their sweet & sour sauce tastes watered down. the sticky rice is good.

Food was okay when I was eating it, took longer than I expected but sounds like maybe only one guy in the kitchen. Beef and broccoli dish from our group took the longest to get. There was country music playing and it's definitely dated on the inside. The food, while not bad, was not spicy for medium at all. Then it all ran straight through after 20 minutes of leaving the place. Immediate cramps and I'm probably ready for a colonoscopy now. So overall, not horrible, but I probably won't go back.

Rating low for bad customer service. I called the store at 7:16 to place an order. The staff picked up my call and hung up the phone immediately. I called again, and they continued letting the phone ring.I assumed the restaurant was busy, since it is posted that the store is open until 8:00 pm online, so I drove over to the store to order in person while I continued ringing the phone, in case someone answered.I walked in, the phone was clearly ringing while the staff ignored it, and I was then told that the restaurant was "open until 8, but stops taking orders at 7:20". This explains why the staff intentionally hung up on me, let the phone ring on the following call, and caused me to have to drive to the restaurant.If the store stops taking orders at 7:20, then this needs to be posted online and in-store. However, the wait staff should not intentionally ignore/hang up when a customer is calling before the order deadline. Also, if the store is open, someone needs to answer and explain the situation so people don't drive to the store to be declined.The whole situation was super distasteful and inconvenient for absolutely no reason.I also wouldnt be making a post about this online and hurting the restaurant score, but when I asked for a manager number, the waitress at the front gave me a menu with the store phone number on it.
