We flew in from Columbus,OH and by the time we arrived to Clovis we were starved. We wanted something quick and good for dinner. We seen a Wendy's and we were sure we would have good food. Boy where we wrong.We ordered two jr bacon cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries meals. First our burgers were so thin and cold, our cokes had no ice and were flat and the fries had no salt and were old limp potatoes. I am shocked to have had this experience. I don't care what Wendy's stop you stop at in Ohio, you're always gonna get a good meal. I do not recommend this Wendy's at all.

Past 2 visits chili has not been good. This visit it was like tomato soup with onions. Baked potatoes were cold. Don’t think I’ll try again anytime soon. Really disappointed becayse we love Wendy’s Chili when it is prepared correctly.

Felt rushed through the drive-through, didn't get our order right, had to go into the store because they forgot some of the food. And the drinks tasted terrible.
From ordering to receiving food takes no longer than 15 mins every time my family of 5 and I have gone through the drive thru. Food is always made to order, hot, and good.

I placed an order thru Door Dash and then called the Wendy's store with special instructions as directed on the Door Dash app.I called the Wendy's store to request no ice in Lemonade and for them to include salt and ketchup in my order and when it was delivered by the dasher, there was no salt, no ketchup and there was ice in my drink. I called them, and they told me the poor young man dasher had to go get it and bring it back. Poor young man had to waste gas due to the Wendy stores' lack of attention.

We have visited the Clovis NM Wendy's 3 times I'm the last 4 weeks and we're very impressed with the service, the cleanness of our table, the courtesy of the wait staff, the quality and quantity of the breakfast meals, and ice speed our food was delivered. Sorry, I didn't ask names but I will try to get the names of the waitress and cook. I had hotcakes with fruit, eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. My wife had eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Can you say yum, yum!! Bob and Ruth Anne!!!
