Nothing compares to a Pizza Hut sit down restaurant. Freshness un matched by even the most delinquent delivery drivers. The buffet is great but a custom made pizza is the bees knees. The staff here are very friendly to anyone and everyone.

ordered on the app after several attempts of it not working and couldnt figure out why then i found out i was not able to select light cheese even though it is an option but before that i called and was told i could only get the price of that deal online took me 30 minutes to order pizza through the app (almost gave up). Finally ordered, the app stated it would be 15 minutes so i waited, then drove to the establishment and waited another 30 minutes for my order not to mention it of stock items mushrooms, dr pepper, etc.

I actually arrived a few minutes late to pick up my order. Decided to go inside to pick it up. Your app showed my order was ready for pickup. Stood in line behind one other person. It looked like he had been assisted, but no one offered to help me, until I spoke to one of the servers. It still took over 10 minutes, closer to 15, for them to locate and bring my order to me. I am not happy with the lack of service, or the incompetence whichever it was.

Ordered the big box and didn't receive the bread sticks... no big deal but def won't ever have a chance of getting your money back they'd rather waste a delivery drivers time and your time. Zero negotiating about actually just getting your money back for an item. whatever

Be careful ordering from here if you are high risk or are in contact with someone who is high risk. We ordered from here as they boasted in emails that they now offered contactless delivery, and as I'm someone who will more or less keel over if I contract COVID-19, this was a sweet deal. They even had an option for contactless delivery when you ordered! This was all great and dandy until the delivery person showed up to the door. And rang the door bell. And had a conversation with my roommate about how bad this COVID-19 thing is. Love the Hut, even if my red pepper and parm packets don't always make it, but we'll have to stick with frozen pizzas for a while.

The wait is very long they told me 15 minutes but it has been at least 40 minutes and it's very annoying they also it is very dirty inside when the employees wiped down a table they just wiped the crumbs off and were done no cleaner not even water and when I got the dinner box I didn't get either sauce for the cinnamon sticks or cheese sticks
Just called them and asked them if they would honor a coupon I received online just a couple hours ago and THE MANAGER said they cant!!!! Still had 3 days before it expired!!!! Won't be ordering fr this place again!!!!

The north prince location has TERRIBLE service. 45 minutes to get my food and it was incorrect, which happens it wasn't until the server argued with me about the order that I got mad. I order the same thing every time we go. 25 minutes for a salad and another 20 for pasta? Unacceptable
