Great food and live jazz. I love the shrimp and grits. Can't wait for Tracey Whitney and the Art of Jazz to return. It's a bit of a trek but worth it. Great staff. Friendly and attentive.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is authentic Cajon and delicious. Waffology is fantastic for breakfast.

We had another amazing meal at C3's. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Corrales!

In a nutshell, the food was good but overpriced, horrible service (from management) and horrible wait time for your food. Will not come back or recommend.

(Note: this review is for Waffology). It's a decent place with good workers. They truly try their best to get you served and everything asap. The waffles are also tasty and I would definitely go back again.

The jambalaya was horrific. I was served a bowl of rice soaked in what tasted like tomato soup with little seasoning. Nothing authentic about this Creole dish. I gave the owner a chance to make good of this disaster and asked whether the jambalaya was always so runny. She simple raised both hand and shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't know, and suggested next time for me to try the blanked cat fish. Sorry, after this poor customer service, I won't be back. If, as an owner, you know very little about the product you are serving--at minimum get a "Chef" and not a line-cook that doesn't know how to cook the food.

Great and unique food selections! Friendly staff and owners. Very reasonable prices.

Definitely a must visit place for those of you who adore Cafe Du Monde and Brunch! The food is delectable and the presentation and plating is a plus. Creative, fresh ingredients, sizeable portions too. The staff is constantly on the move, fresh preparation is worth the wait and the owner makes it her focus to visit each table. I'm looking forward to trying their dinner options and enjoying the live music some day soon.

C3 shares a building with WAFFOLOGY. According to their website, they open at 8 am on Friday. My wife and I arrived at 10:15. It was locked and the sign said closed. Yet, there were 7 to 10 men sitting at a table together. Had I made a mistake? Was I incorrect on the hours? I double checked the website and called them. The time was 10:28 am. A woman answered. I asked when they opened. She stated that they were opening later this Friday, but would be open in a few minutes. We went in as soon as she unlocked the doors. After we ordered beverages and the menus provided, it took close to 10 minutes to place the order. I ordered the Banana Fosters Waffle. After another five or so minutes, the woman returned to state that the Banana Fosters wasn't available. Immediately, I'm like WTF!!! We live in Texas and one of our ABQ friends had posted some pix of Waffology. For almost four months, we planned for this experience. When I expressed my frustration, the woman stated that they were opened late because of an illness. Seriously? You couldn't have posted a sign, indicating you were opening late? Yet, there were 7 to 10 men in there. This is an exceptionally poor excuse for a restaurant. It's definitely not ready for prime time.

Great spot to eat and see live music. I came in a day where I already had dinner but ordered the calamari and the shrimp+fries as an appetizer. Flavors were good and everything was fresh and cooked to order (I'm always hesitant to try creole/cajun food as my family is from New Orleans). Tracy Whitney and her band were absolutely phenomenal. And to end the night I ordered the beignets which were absolutely delicious. I know they're refining the menu, have a staff shortage, and there's a delay on many things but I know they're doing their best during these hard times. I'll be back to support this friendly establishment.

C3's Bistro was great. The gumbo, crabcake and catfish po boy was just like NOLA. The jazz trio that played created a wonderful atmosphere. Service was great. Wonderful evening, will definitely return.

Found this place on Google maps and saw the reviews and just had to give it a try. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was hungry. It's a nice little place with great food. We had a cup of gumbo (one chicken and one seafood) loved it. The roux was spot on. My sister had the french toast (which was huge) I had Val's special loved it. And mom had the blackened chicken sandwich (which I got to try and it had some heat to it, which I loved) and for dessert we ordered the begniets. Hopefully we can make it back one day.

What a wonderful environment they have created here. The food was great, the owners were walking around serving customers and making time to chat with everyone. Just a great experience, and not to bad of a price. Great time.
