I was at Dicky's today. I had loaded potato casserole it was fair much better than having potato salad which they do not have. I also got the brisket. Truthfully, I've had better. It was dry and in my experience of you let meat rest after taking it off the heat the juices will redistribute.I'm looking forward to trying out things on the menu to see if they are any better. A nice find along the route. Good BBQ sandwich, comes with fries and choice of 3 different bbq sauces. The pork and brisket sandwich was very tasty. We ordered a 3 rib lunch as well, also very good. Definitely worth the stop. Ample RV parking, clean, fast service. About $20/ meal including drink.

I have to admit I’m a bit of a BBQ snob as I have been smoking meats myself for the better part of 35 years. My expectations are pretty low where ever I go unfortunately.We ordered the family pack and unfortunately they were out of the chicken breast for my wife.
