??? for FANTASTIC authentic New Mexican red chili! Whenever we pass through New Mexico, one of our top items of business is to find the best red chili sauce we can and we got lucky. La Parrilla was our third restaurant in Deming and it’s true—third time’s the charm! The wife and I ate here two days in a row, the food was so good. We found this little gem on the internet with our gps. although it says open 10am to 7am its not but he didn't know it said that. We got there about 7 30 and they graciously fed us and man o man the food was to die for. I had manudo Bianca and steak and cheese quasidilla I don't remember what my boyfriend had but he loved it and I've never seen him finish anything but homemade. We had a lovely dinner here. Food was excellent, and as out of towners we enjoyed our conversation with the host/owner. He had great recommendations for what to order - and we chose his heirloom recipe: guisado & nopales, which was fantastic. He also explained how cactus is used in local cooking.
