Went to Pizza Hut in Deming, NM last week. We ordered 2 salads & 2 melts. The menu had the price of the salads at $3.99 each. When we went to pay, we were charged &5.29 for each salad. The explanation was that they haven't gotten new menus. At the VERY least, the server could have told us that the prices of the salads was not right and told us the correct price. If the salads have changed, what else has gone up that they're not telling us about! We were offered a store credit. Don't plan on going back anytime soon.

I want to say I have found as a delivery driver and a consumer I appreciate the people that so work so diligently to put out their culinary treats to fuel the people of Deming and surrounding areas. As a man that loves to eat Pizza well made and hot has always been one of my favorites. As a minister I am reminded that is the love, sacrifice and effort that goes into each and every morsel that fuels the soul. My soul is full and so is my belly, I am a grateful man every day for those people who fuel our community. Thank you!

Was just there at the 300 E. Cedar location and couldn't even get anyone to wait on us. One guy telling everyone he will get to them. We walked out
Stopped here on my way through to Mississippi . I thought pizza sounded like a good idea. There was nobody there eating when I got there is probably around 230. There was two guys behind the counter, , there was a Jeep parked out back where the one guy kept going back out and smoking with, I got the pizza it didn’t have extra cheese like I ordered. I just got it to go while I was waiting, the cook guy went back outside again to smoke.

I put in an online order for a pizza and the computer told me it would be ready in fifteen minutes. I arrived at the time when it would be ready. The manager was on the phone with a customer who had not paid when picking up pizzas and ignored the customers in the store. The one group that was sitting at a table finally walked out when they didn't even get drinks. I ended up standing there for 30 minutes waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be done when I got there. I get things get busy, but then you need to let people know on the computer so we aren't wasting out time. Beyond that, the manager had no idea where the pizza was or how long it would be before it was done. He just stayed on the phone instead of dealing with those of us who were lined up in the store. I have always preferred Pizza Hut over Dominos or Little Caesars, but after this experience I will not be going back to the Deming Pizza Hut.
