We had breakfast here and it was great! My husband, the coffee snob, really liked the coffee and the quiche. I had a blueberry scone and some fresh bread Earl Gray tea. Both were very good.We would suggest some additional signage to help folks find the entrance to the Cafe ( perhaps a " park here for the cafe" sign?).
So excited Kokopelli’s Cafe is open, what a lovely addition to Elephant Butte! We tried the drip coffee, desert rose latte, quiche of the day, and a breakfast sandwich. All were delicious! Can’t beat the view of Turtleback Mountain either. Highly recommend!

Make sure you stop here, they know what they’re doing. We got some lattes and energy drinks for a pick me up, and we were not disappointed. They were delicious. The food looked good also, wish we had gotten a mini apple pie, but we were already on the road. We drove by several times just thinking it was the rv park, so be careful not to overlook this gem.
