This gentleman almost refused to sell me my pizzas due to there being a small error in my first name, he then said I didn’t have an order there. I showed him the text message showing I had an order there he continued to say the name wasn’t right and it didn’t match his ticket. I then asked for his name and he said my name wasn’t his. Rude and unprofessional.

These people advertise sale prices on TV and online and then their website doesn't work and will not honor the sale price. When they have special sales if you don't tell them you want the sale price they will do their best to charge you full price. Which is not worth mediocre pizza.. Two thumbs down for sure!!!??

People are fantastic who works there however they are MASSIVELY understaffed it took almost two hours to get two pizzas and stuffed bread. There was only two people making the food! They was patient with me so I was patient with them.

We placed an order at 5 pm and my husband stopped for it at 5:30, it said it should be ready in 29 to 34 minutes when ordered. When he arrived he waited for two cars ahead of him, so about 10 to 15 minutes. When he arrived at the window they told him it wasn't ready and it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. He went inside to wait and at 6:30 he asked if it was ready, because if not he wanted it cancelled because he needed to leave, they said it was coming out of the oven. So he waited.... then at 6:40 he said I thought it was already done, and they replied with "its coming out now." He told them that's what you said ten minutes ago and requested that they cancel the order. He had to leave he needed to pick up our daughter from a game, and was going to now be late. HE WASNT THE ONLY ONE THAT CANCELLED, AT LEAST ONE OTHER ORDER WAS CANCELLED FOR THE SAME REASON!! It might be busy but don't lie to the customers. And to top it off, no bathrooms available while they make you wait.

DO NOT EAT THERE. First of all refused to allow customers to use bathrooms, then our order said ready now on the screen, supposedly our order was given to someone else , so we had to wait for it be be cooked AGAIN, i asked to speak to manager and she didnt want to talk to me, the worst part no apology what's so ever from the very rude manager Ashley she just handed me my order and that was that. WORST customer service ever and rudest manager I have ever dealt with.

For being that the customer service in this town isn’t so great most of the time, this time around was not the case. I ordered pizza to be delivered to my home, and Christopher drove up in just the right time that it was supposed to get delivered, he was very friendly and had a smile on his face, he greeted us and also thanked us for his tip. He was also very genuine. I also appreciate that along with our pizza he brought plates and dips for our pizza along with the chili pepper packets without us asking for them along with napkins. I order from Domino’s about once a week and I appreciate all of the hard work the team puts into their job. Thanks So much again! ??

Worse Dominos ever. About what one would expect in Espanola. Took 20 minutes prepping a pizza. We arrived for curbside delivery at the time indicated, still being prepped. Finally went in the over and 10 minutes later it was ready. We notified via the app we were there, and sat for another 5 minutes before I finally went in to pick it up. When I notified them, the 2-minute guarantee (a Dominos guaranteed that if it wasn't brought out to the car in two minutes, the next pizza was free) was up, and they said they had no idea about it - even though it's right there on their app and posted in the store. Honestly, the people working there couldn't care less. As a former Dominos manager in two major cities, I would have fired the entire crew o the spot. The franchise owner really needs to get this store under control.
