“So yum ! Don’t miss this cool haven of deliciousness this summer in Espagnola, NM.“Paleta” means popsicle in Spanish. And popsicles they have in a wild variety of flavors and flavor combos. The crazy dips and toppings are beautifully layered on these great pops. Location is right there on the main drag through Espagnola on the same side as the El Paisano supermarket and Walgreens. Super clean, cool (welcome in this hot weather) refreshing and lovely service. They have lots of variations that I’ll be back to try another time !“

“What a cute little spot! They have a great variety of raspados and ice creams. I only came in for an horchata and two churros. Churros were fried after I placed the order so they were fresh and delicious! The horchata was a little grainy, but each place has a different way of making it.
