The point of making an online order is for it to be ready to pick up and leave, but no we get there just to be told it's not ready and to step aside. Waiting 1hr more from what was supposed to take 30 min to them saying they don't have chicken wings order then to say we can't give you a refund and that they don't deal with mobile orders. And for record I have done mobile orders for before this and there was no issue before. So no Refund, food, and a waste of time.

Worst place ever customer service sucks I waited an hour for an online order I heard the woman going to ask a guy to make it in a rush then she lied to me and told me there was orders in front of me when she had just even asked the guy to make it they are worse than the worst they've gotten worse and worse and worse as time has gone on not to mention the employees are pretty shady and the store allows homeless people to stand in front and beg

Service was lousy. I ordered online when it said ready for pickup, and I still had to wait for another hour. Every employee was higher than a kite inside the building, which smelled like skunk. Never again will I go for a pizza at this establishment!

This should honestly be negative stars. They wasted 2.5 hours of my time, 5 doordashers time, and I did not receive my pizza or a refund for my order because they did not communicate that they were out of pizza dough.....at a pizza restaurant.....where the main thing is PIZZA and one of the main ingredients is dough. I am taking this up with corporate, but so far still no redund and wholly unacceptable on all accounts for how this has been handled.

I tried to buy a hot n ready but the employee said it would be about 35 to 40 min that nothing is ready. This has happened multiple times. The employee is tall has a beard and wears glasses.
Went in to the Española location on 12/08/23,to grab a few hot and ready pizzas. The young man who eventually came to the counter ( reddish brown hair, full beard, no hair net or beard net) claimed they were too busy and refused my order. Then when I asked for his manager who he said was named Vanessa he claimed he was the assistant manager he told me he did not have to give me his name then proceeded to walk away angrily. When I came back in with several other customers he yelled at me that I was being rude and told me to get out. The other “ guests” agreed that I was not being rude as I spoke to him respectfully and asked for the corporate number which he again refused to give me.
