I've been to the location several times hoping that the service would improve. To my dismay, it hasn't. This last visit, I used the SONIC APP and ordered ahead hoping to avoid the long wait. I got there 5 minutes prior to my pickup time and ended up waiting 30 minutes after checking I at my stall. Unless you have time to wait, I wouldn't waste my time at this SONIC location. Head farther north in Española and stop at SONIC.

Where to start?? I feel like we got over charged for my meal.. it was wrong.. charged me 20 some dollars for a number 3 large and who ever was working with the head sets I could hear them on the speaker outside talking about partying and drinking and that is not very professional one bit making excuses that they couldn't hear me when I was ordering due to who ever had a head set was on there phone.. manager didn't do anything about it but want to give me a route 44.. come on get employees who want to work professionally and not been on there cell phone while business hours very poor management and crew

WORST SONIC EVER! I was craving some delicious burgers the other night me and my husband went and the lady that took our order was rude her name was SAMANTHA VERY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE she needs to go she is making this business look bad the food was cold dry the party was very burnt! had to throw away my food !
