If you are in Eunice, NM early in the day stop at Diane’s Cafe. No! Better, if you are near Eunice, NM make a point of eating at Diane’s Cafe. They start you with the American tradition at breakfast, chips and salsa. Food is served quickly and is piping hot as it should be. Portions are ample. Food is correctly prepared. Go there!!
At díanna,s cafe,the steak rancheros plate(ray,s plate) with Spanish,refried beans,green salad and guacomolé was delicious,served with iced tea which made for one. Outstanding. Meal. The. Service can't be beat,either.

I ordered the Deluxe Mexican Plate. It comes with enchiladas, chili rejano, tacos, rice, beans, chips & salsa and guacamole. It's a Good combo if you're not sure what you want. Always fast & friendly service. I would definitely recommend Dianas Mexican Cafe.
