Went there for dinner and it took 30 mins for our order to come out. We just saw the employees messing around and not working. Went to ask about our order and they forgot about us. When we got our food, we were missing some food. Called the store to let them know so we can get a resolution for the missing food. As soon as we asked for the manager, they hung up the phone and proceeded to not answer the phone anymore. Horrible customer service.

Arby's came through again! Staff was polite as always. Food is good. Dining room is clean. Decor is not run down but it's not new either.Better than BK they are out of whoppers, McDonald's want you to do their job for them.

So I come here three times a week it's been over $20 sometimes even more for my family I come here to fix a problem with curly fries that I ordered which they gave me nothing but the trash part not one was Curly and I talked to this manager lady that's here and she got an attitude for no reason I mean if you can't deal with people talking to you about dealing with the situations that you didn't train your employees right or how to do properly then you don't need to work here so you the lady manager that works here Edna whatever your name is you need to fix your attitude and you definitely need to take a course on customer service you might be the boss there but I know employees that don't even like the way you handle stuff if they give your name out right away that say something about you as a manager you need to find a new job and if I was the owner here I would definitely replace her because now you're losing the great customer because of her attitude.

My wife and I barley go to Arby's we got the 2 for 7 sandwiches my beef b cheeder were cold inside wife fish was old and like rubber when I took the sandwich up to the counter they were nice but instead of dropping us a new fish they gave us one thT was under heat light again it was like rubber we will never return to Arby's again

My husband went in and tried to oder and as he was trying to order the lady hehind the register kept rolling her eyes and the kid boy behind her aka the cook was on his phone .after he placed the order the. Ook stayed on his phone with No urgency saying his phone was more important and my husband could wait. So he patiently waited and he saw her bag some burger .so he thought ok Kool got all my food.. as he was walking out the lady locked the door behind him and and he got to the truck and went to grab a burger and there was only 2out of 4 so he tried knocking on the door to her there attention and she came back all rude like she newbit all.. I called and complained but she answered so ill be calling g gm in am... fast food socks these days.

Everyone at this location should be fired!! This will be my first, last and only drive through experience this location. Spencer you should be ashamed on how you have allowed these employees to run amok and talk trash about costumers on their headsets. Walking into order and this entitled little girl from behind the counter not much as “a hello can I take your order?” And attitude to boot! Then I saw where it was all being nurtured. Your other manager that day. She feed the behavior. Should have focused on feeding the costumers. Instead they focused on drama, drama, drama. And as a Mexican American they don’t get to use their race card as a freebie to act out. They should all be fired!
