I use to love to eat here and order take out food for home, but recently I brought some soup and rice from that place and I got food poisoning twice, I don’t recommend coming here. Someone should shut the place down, and file a law suit

our server was great, but we were leaving as they were closing.. my son needed to use the restroom so i asked & they said "the floors are wet, go ahead" as we walked away they mumbled to each other "ITS CLOSED"... MAYBE NOT MOP TIL ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE OUT!?!

Noodles were mushy overcooked with a little too much grease. Most entree were almost empty, and they didn't look freshly made. The ranch dressing taste was off and was thin. Shrimp was really hard to peel, took almost forever to peel so left them on plate. So sorry, your food is always great but just not this evening. Staff were really nice and the restaurant atmosphere was awesome.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem.
Eww. Walked in and it just smelt old. Looking at the walls, you can see dust everywhere. The buffet had limited options because pans were empty. The meat was so dry. No flavor to anything I tried. Will not be back.

I love coming to this wonderful place, great, and friendly workers. Keep up the amazing work. I appreciate you ALL. I honestly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.Parking: Just park or drive in. Regardless of what you choose, you will still get the same service and respect.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp which I believe is half a foot. It's not really that steep.

Buffet was great! Atmosphere was calm and clean, definitely came at the right time before a rush. Did not like the bitter old yt people treating the workers ugly because they didn't get their food from the buffet from them. Some Farmington people are rude and entitled, can see why no one likes to stick around the town. Good food tho!!

Today, I ordered by phone the take out lunch portion. The Sweet & Sour Pork (my favorite) cost $11.65. Disappointingly, I got 2 dried out fried wontons, fried rice AND, DRY and Burntish Sweet and Sour Pork. The sauce, pineapple and vegetables were fine. I had been looking forward to this treat for days. I am too far away from restaurant to go back and ask for fresh s&s pork or money refund.

We came in today from Albuquerque to visit Family and stopped at this place. The wait wasn't bad, 10 minutes. Upon being seated, we had the most rudest waitress! Took forever for drinks and refills. The tea wasn't up to standards as it tasted like it was old. I asked for water in replacement, and the waitress had the audacity to tell me, "Everyone is drinking it, so it's just you," rather than just exchanging it. After that was replaced, she then mistreated our service from the entire meal. So in all, horrible service for Arches.
