went to dine in, took 10 mins to get us seated while workers were just standing around, along w the lady manager too.. got seated & was told to scan QR to order, asked for appetizers but they were pretty much out of everything (not their fault).. decided to leave & tried calling in a take out order bc the website wouldnt let me customize & they told me to hold, left me there for 10 mins, couldve been longer if i didnt hang up.. didnt bother spending my money there. it was also NOT BUSY!

Sat with my family for 30 minutes. Nobody took our drink order. We just walked out. They were not busy at all. I'm a fan of BDubs to. They screwed us over today.

The whole idea of ordering by using a QR code is a COVID thing that's passed and very impersonal. The server walked past us multiple times seeing our empty glasses sitting at the edge of the table while we waited for refills. The food was okay. the service was subpar.

We waited for the appetizers never came until the food. When it did arrive the waitress got what ever else we needed. Thank God we did at that time. We never saw her again. Our drinks went without refills. The taste of the burger was OK the salad was only lettuce and a few carrots with 2 strip of chicken and a small helping of dressing. Was going it could of been better. Manager did not try to apologize when I let him know.The bathrooms were disgusting there was vomit in the sinks. Plus you would think that with all the traffic coming and going there would be more stalls.Over all the worst never going back

Service is Whackkk you scan QR code. Use your phone to order your drinks and order your own food. They won’t refill your drinks or check if your food was good. Stuck up blond waiter wouldn’t help people that were lost waiting for a waitress to order food. We asked for manager but they never came

Was ignored by staff, one person said she'd be right with us and left us waiting and never came back. Another waitress give us dirty looks coming out of the restroom and said nothing. The whole experience just waiting for a table was so terrible and made us feel uncomfortable about even eating there. We left. Will never come back which is such a disappointment because we've enjoyed bdubs in the past.

The waitress was extremely slow with little customers, she never checked on our table and when we asked for something it still took forever to get it. , the food was extremely dry and slightly overcooked. Youre apparently supposed to seat yourself but there is no sign of that and everyone just walks past you without even telling you.

What was suppose to lunch turned into dinner. The service was extremely poor. They did not come to get our order until called upon. The service itself has not improve since I last went there. It took near an hour for our food to arrive. The waiter did not even bring our refill even when asked. I do not recommend unless you're interested in waiting long time. Furthermore, I'll will not be returning in the near future. The waiter did not make an effort to clean the tables nor sweep the floors.

I hope management figures this place out before it becomes another empty building on main Street. The new ordering system is not helping matters. Along with the lack of staff urgency and customer assistance.

I had been calling since an hour and half before closing to place an order os simply wings only had gotten there to see over 10 people happily being treated just to be told only 1 person in the store was allowed to answer the phone and take orders. That is crazy because the hours are until 12 even if it is customer based I walked in while the doors were still open and got turned away. I am beyond angry
