If I could give this place a zero star I could but it doesn't give me that option. I ordered here today. Thinking our food will be good and hot. But no, our buns weren't warmed up, taste like it just came out of the fridge and my fries were cold as well. Usually I don't have this problem but I guess today was the day.

First off there was no hand soap in the Men's bathroom and the urinal was overflowing. Cleanliness was horrible looked like no one had cleaned the lobby or kids play place in months it was dirty and grimy. Sad to see how down hill this location has gone. Now I see why it wasn't busy compared to other spots close.

I’m a general manager at a restaurant.Personal hygiene is very important to me at my restaurant Thursday 1122 at 9:45pm my son wants to go eat at Burger King and when I pull up there’s five employees outside smoking and they just walk inside. I’ve heard horror stories that nobody wears gloves and nobody washes their hands as I’m pulling through the drive-through I tell my son we’re not eating here and one of the guys that’s outside smoking go straight to the drive-through window. I can guarantee he did not wash his hands. Very disgusting not gonna eat here again.
