We went through drive through twice cuz half our order was missing. Surprisingly we got a bag of fries which we didn't order. Starving and waiting for the rest our order I ate a fry....OMGosh! It was incredible! Best French fries in Farmington! Anyway...they included extra servings of different food items....All incrediblely delicious and made up for the mixup. Thank you.

What happened??? Whoever you hired has consistently been undercooking the fries and even forgetting to salt them for months now. I just stop going. I been getting brown lettuce in my burger. The lady charged me almost $4 for large water. How is this possible water is more than soda? Used to be good but the good people quit now. Seems like new workers are super lazy and don't care what they serve you. Sad. Bunch of my family said the same thing and stopped going too. Carl's is the way now.

Went inside to order and the place wasn't busy. There was one employee around the corner on their phone and someone at a table on their laptop. My husband said out loud " Does anyone work here?" The lady on the laptop said she was the district manager and yelled for someone to come to the front. Employees in this town seriously need customer service training! You should always acknowledge customers and greet them. We choose to spend money there so treat us with respect!

I have had issue before coming in the AM ordering a burger. They refuse me service all the time, asking to call ahead when I order that at this location otherwise I have to come back at a different time. Today I wanted to start my day with a Craving I had for the past few days. I called ahead for a burger due to only having cash, but the employee on the phone was just saying use the App. I'm sorry, but I don't think you need to know the reason why I can't use the app. Then I go pick up the order. The guy that talked on the phone was the one helping me. Giving me a hard time, and says "Next time use the App", then has a different employee finish helping me. I am also in customer service and from what I experienced, It could have been handled more professionally, but I got my meal with a side of disrespect.

OMG what a disappointment. Ordered whopper combo with cheese. The bun was harder than a rock on one side and gooey on the other side. Burger King used to be my most favorite fast food joint but I can guarantee I will never ever go to that Burger King again if any.

The burgers are mediocre, but good for BK standards. Fries are 90% of tha time cold, so I order them without salt and they're fresh. I expect my fries to be hot and crispy everytime, I don't care if I have to wait 3 extra minutes. I'm spending hard earned money at places I don't need to.
Ordered online and went to the drive thru to pick it up, dude at the front didnt answer. We waited in the car for 10 mins and second time we went up to the driver thru they finally answered. He said to get a refund on our order on the app. Because, he said the broilers aren't on still and no burgers are available. Like why are you open for dine in and on doordash if your not ready to provide the main thing on the menu that there known for. Wasted our time and ended up going somewhere else.
