On a long trip with twin 6 y/o's. Told 10-13 min for 2 large pizzas. 40 min later, we get the food to a chorus of 'sorry' and ''have a great evening.' No comp.If you know you are busy, say so. Saying, "i didn't know there were so many people in front of you' screams either not giving a damn or incompetence.The pizza was mediocre and rather pricey.Overall experience led to an extra 30 min travel time for no reason.I'm now done with Dominoes. There are much better options.

you guy need to tech your employees how to make pizza right !!!!!!!!! I order a Buffalo pizza with extra onions... I got a cheese and chicken pizza the guy just grilled onions and put it on the pizza and hand it back to me. !!!!!! Still no buffalo sauce!!!!!!!! Like WTF I would never have any of my employees sent out something back like that that's outrageous. I'm Never Spending any money here...

Ordered online and waited two hrs for my order. It never showed up and after calling the store 3 times.. the driver states she left it at my door.. and knocked.. and there's nothing at my door and the tip was still on the door, waiting...but the manager was real quick on refunding the order.. I even offered to pick up my order.. and they said I sound sick and I would contaminate the place.. and I was like you have a drive through.. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ this is the worst service ever.
