Absolutely wonderful. The food was mouth watering, I got the fried chicken club. The cashier at the time, Crystal (I hope I spelled her name right, and if not, I apologize), was absolutely amazing and very patient. Freddy's is now on my favorites list! Will definitely visit again ❤️?

Order was wrong. Had to check while still at window, thank goodness I did. They were quick to fix it, so for that, thank you so much. Cheese curds were plentiful, but super salty. They're salty enough on their own without more salt added. They were gross. I couldn't eat them. Onion rings were okay, but the onion inside was really thin and dry, ate a few and that's all. Tasted old. Fries were over salted as well. Yucky. Ate one handful and that was it. Burgers were great. Fry sauce is good too. Shake came to me at first as a sundae, they fixed that quick though and it was good. May go back for burgers, but not for sides. Nasty salty and not worth what you pay because you can't eat it. It's like licking a salt lick. Yuck. Enough with the added salt already! Geez!

Google says that this place is open until 11 so we showed up at 10 not realizing they actually close at 10. They still took our order and their customer service was great, so was the food!

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! So many people quit when I was working because the manager Daisy is so uptight. She is very unprofessional and she yells at the employees for things they weren’t properly trained how to do. She treats everyone like they are stupid and she is disrespectful to the employees. Her daughter works here and gets favored by all managers. When I worked here I did a great job and yet Daisy said I don't and I think that’s funny considering I am a hard worker even when I’m out under loads of stress by customers and my managers and co workers. Do not work here unless you think minimum wage is worth the stress. I loved my customers so much but Daisy is the one that made work unbearable.

The female cashier has zero people skills and when I went up a second time for something else the guy helping the woman in front of me leaves to the line... Is this how you run a business but I feel the management won't do anything because they were all to comfortable doing as they please... Embarrassing work ethic... Somebody better talk with the children...

Our family orders burgers between 2-4 tines per week and we've wanted to enjoy ordering Freddy's. The food should be enjoyable, but there is always something wrong. I started ordering their food online because I don't want to wait 30 minutes in drive-thru and I want to ensure accuracy.Tonight's issues: I ordered a burger with only bacon and grilled onion. Someone there put raw onion on top of the grilled onion, plus mustard and pickles. Fries were cold and stale.I highly reccomend the franchise owner take a close look at operations. Due to the amount of issues we have had, I will need to place our family orders elsewhere.

Gave this place a try and i ordered a steak burger.. your food tastes like dish soap I'm talking the steak meat in the burger tasted like dawn dish soap. The bun and everything else tasted like water.. no clue what happened or how you make food taste so weird. But i got my refund because im not eating anything that taste like Dish soap and water.. how the heck do you even do that to food?Maybe you need to have a word with whoever is washing dishes or your crew, because that's weird an im not the only one who tasted that my friend who was with me did also.
My husband loves their food so we eat here fairly often and the last time we went they really skimped on the portion sizes. Also their prices went up. Usually the basket bottom is covered with cheese curds and as you can see in this pic there was not near that many. The employee my husband talked to about the curds was not friendly and just said it was a full order of curds:(

5 stars for the hamburger and chocolate malt. They were excellent! Minus 1 starfor the tiny fries. I'm not just talking about the fact they are cut about 1/8 inch square; I'm talking about the fact the vast majority of the fries were less than 2 inches long. They tasted fine, but were so small. Perhaps I just received theend-of-the-day-clean-out-the-fry-tray pack. I don't know. But, I do know they were small. So very, very small. Tiny, short, miniscule, I-need-a-magnifying-glass-to-see-them tiny.
