It was the worst. I'm from Arizona and was so excited to see a Furrs. And it was my birthday today. We stopped. The food was like warm. The enchiladas were definitely frozen and had the fake beef in them. The food looked awful but we were hungry and tired as we were traveling through. Never again. What a disappointment. The staff was very nice and so sweet. But the food. Omg. Horrible.

Food is tasty, but the last few times I've gone it has felt like there is less of a selection than there used to be. Additionally, it seems like the prices are higher for less food. I like that you can see the food before you make your decision. The restaurant as whole could use a bit of an upgrade.

We are visiting family in New Mexico and while driving around town I see Furrs!!! OMG I love Furrs but all of ours in Arizona closed down so anyways on this day we definitely stopped in and COVID precautions were in effect but we were able to enjoy our meals outside on the patio. They offered a main entree (choice of meat or salad), two sides, rolls and dessert for $7.99 or you could add an additional side and the price would change to $8.99. These are covid prices but on the menu it looked like lunch would be $9.29 for the traditional all you can eat meal.The employees were very nice and the food was as expected so if you love Furrs like I do and you are ever in New Mexico look them up because they are definitely still in business. The supervisor said they are mostly in New Mexico and Texas these days.

I simply told them to put white gravy on my chicken fry. Instead to put brown gravy. I told them to put brown gravy on my boyfriend's chopped steak instead it was Au jus sauce. The packaging was leaking. My boyfriend's cake box was open. And when does carrot cake have red frosting.
I walked in and immediately told if I was going to dine in. I said yes. I believe she was the manager. She said the diner is close. Okay. I got in line. Every dish they give you is a small portion like a kid. They charge double for a second portion. Salisbury steak was hard and dry. No mushrooms. They gave me the wrong drink. Everything was not same as before. The manager doesn't respond to questions. The workers give you a hard time. I hope they pick it back up because Furrs use to be a good place to eat. I don't prefer you eating there until maybe next year. Sorry. Sad but true- R

It's definitely not a fresh buffet. We arrived over an hour before closing. It was my birthday and it was terrible from the moment we got our trays and started TRYING to get food until we walked out the door. My tray to carry food was dirty. Then, all meat items were out except the chopped steak and mushrooms. The desserts were pretty well gone too. The cashier told us to just ask our waitress to get us meat, etc. When went to to sit down we found one booth that was mostly cl

My family and myself have been coming to this Furr’s for years. The staff is great, very attentive. The food is great BUT sometimes can be a miss. I do appreciate the variety not to mention they have ice cream. Overall the atmosphere is nice, clean. A great establishment to go and have a great time with family, having some quality time to stop and enjoy a meal.
