Why are they making $20 sandwiches on a breadstick?They can’t fit anything on the sandwich cause the bread is so narrow. I don’t know if it’s just this location that changed their bread… but it is insane.

Pay $50 for 3 sandwiches, chips, and dessert. 2 sandwiches don't show. Was an hour to get even that. Call them to speak to the manager and then receive an attitude. Will never patron this establishment again.

Always smells good from the bread baking, delivery orders are also great especially if your at work and craving a good sandwich. Love thier BBQ chips and chocolate chip cookies.

Jimmy John's exactly like all the others except -The employees both said this wasn't their normal store.The WIFI JJs is supposed have wasn't there, there was a TrainingJimmyJohns locked wifi and this wasn't their normal store so they were not helpful.Half way through eating a new customer mentioned that it looked hazy in the store. I looked up and it was more than hazy. They opened the door (at my prompting) to let out the smoke. They never figured out what was making the smoke. The smoke detectors should have gone off and didn't.

Three employees working only one making sandwiches. Four sets of customers waiting 10-15 minutes for sandwiches to be made... While wearing shirts that say sandwiches made so fast you'll freak! I love the sandwiches here, but the service is atrocious!

Store closes an hour before posted store closure. They even close bathrooms an hour and a half before closing time, see picture. The ladies are very unfriendly and do not say hi, just glare and take the order. Worst Jimmy John in USA. Lazy manager and is the worst of all employees. Picture also shows no one at the counter to help customers. They even told a customer ahead of me to get his own bag behind the counter because the employee was too lazy.
I don't know how twice in a row they messed up my sandwhich. It is the most simplest of things to make. Didn't add the cheese I got extra, didn't add the peppers, didn't add the vinegar and oil. Even AFTER repeating my order back to me. Sadly he didn't give me a receipt this last time or else I'd ask for a refund. Also didn't notice until I got home which is 30 mins away. Pretty much just got a mayo, turkey sandwhich. Also none of the tables and I mean NONE were wiped down and littered in crumbs which is why we chose not to eat in restaurant. They didnt wipe them down for anyone who chose to eat there. Super sad because Jimmy Johns is my favorite place to eat out at. ?

Coworker noticed that people ordering after her we're getting their food to them, when wanting to follow up on the status of her order she was yelled at by the staff saying that it wasn't their fault that it was a lunch rush, after a while of waiting, and after our lunch break had far passed, she checked the status of her order and turns out they lost her ticket, no apologies, nothing, definitely directing hungry people elsewhere.

Sitting here now...waiting for my sandwhich. Been over 10minutes and the group in front of me doesnt have their food yet, so not looking great. For me. Not freaky fast. Looks like theyre training a new guy - totally fine, but to let the orders get 12+ deep. Ridiculous. If I hadnt already paid, I'd be out of here. Note to self if you see ppl sitting around w no food. Abort!!

Love eating here but will never order from Farmington again. I had ordered one of the 16-inch sub payed for it, and they left it outside in the cold and never knocked on my door to let me know it arrived. After an hour, I opened up my front door to find my subs on the ground, called up the management, and told them I would never order from them again.
