3/8/24 Why won't you take my order? We walking in and walked up to the register and waited to order our food. I was asked "can you please use the kiosk to order"? I replied, "do I get an employee discount?" And was told no. Well, if I'm doing your job, I should get your discount!Two attempts to eat at this place, a year apart. Disapointed again. I will not ever try this McDonald's again.04/6/23, First filet-o-fish was cold, very dark and dripping with oil. Replacement was hot, very dark and dripping with oil. Wife's fries were cold. Really loosing intrest in this store. It's steadily going down the drain.12/15/22, Can't keep up! 1030 and apparently the staff was overwhelmed. 5 cars in waiting, and the line was full because staff couldn't keep up. Lobby was empty. Everytime the drive through staff brought out a bag, she fingered every item in every bag at every car looking for the correct customer and giving now cold food. WRITE THE ORDER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG!

This location is absolutely ridiculous on how long it takes to serve 1 person. They have a line with 2 lanes backed up, inside backed up. And it'd always like this at this location. Go to east main and its in and out timely. It's obvious that's something isn't working. Even not having to tend the register, making customers place their own orders still can't get food out 18 minutes for a burger

Mainly, the early morning hours after midnight thru 6-7 am are the slowest on service at the drive-thru.Parking: Congested area of parking lot, especially on west side of the building, due to the long line at the drive-thru lane($).

They completely ignored me when I told them I was missing something in my order. The person who handed me my food was rude and the manager even more rude. They tried to charge me for sauces I did not get in my bag. Would not recommend going here.

First of all, you can only order at the kiosk. Not from a human. The cell reception for some providers can be poor so if you want to use the app, you have to first hook up to the wifi and accept terms and conditions. Way too many unnecessary steps.Second, is “WAP” acceptable to play in the dining rooms now? Even the radio edit is pretty darn inappropriate. I like the song but this is NOT the place.
